Eric and Erica were wonderful, and so so patient! We were older first-time home buyers and didn't have any real experience in house shopping. It's nothing like TV by the way. The short version wish I could say I wasn’t a needy client, but I’ll be honest, I was. Erica was prompt, professional, compassionate, informative, an advocate, and even a bulldog on my behalf when I needed it. Even in today’s sellers’ market, I had a great experience in my home purchase. 5 out of 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Long version I stumbled upon Erica when I was looking for a realtor in Idaho Falls, and “lucky” is an understatement. She, of course, never complained.) Once in town, she gave me recommendations about what neighborhoods in town to visit and accompanied me whenever I wanted her to. We ended up going under contract while I was there, but since it was a new build, there was a significant amount of back and forth before closing between us and the seller, with multiple walkthroughs and contract revisions. Since I was across the country, Erica acted on my behalf for all of those, and she maintained my best interest the entire time and repeatedly advocated for me with the seller and builder. Moreover, since closing, she (and often Eric) has continued to help me until I could get into town. I cannot recommend the Shippen Stallings team enough.
Erica did a tremendous job throughout the home-buying process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a pleasure working with her and her team and I will come back to them for future business. Cannot recommend Erica and her team highly enough.
If you are buying or selling a home in southeast Idaho, you better call Eric. He was great! I never felt pressured or “sold” to. Eric just genuinely helped us find a home. He helped answer my questions and always was communicating. He helped us find what we wanted and was very patient. When we first reached out to Eric, I wouldn’t consider myself a serious buyer. But he never complained and kept showing me houses and eventually, it all worked out perfectly. Eric is your man!
